Marie Dwyer is an expert in managing finances, but that's not why you want her on your team. You want her because she's an expert in managing finances who can keep her head under pressure, knows her clients' goals and always keeps them foremost in mind, and loves a challenge.

As a CPA, Marie has spent the majority of her career in public accounting, which is an extremely demanding environment that had her honing the fine art of keeping a lot of balls in the air at once. This is a skill that serves her well in her work with IAC, which is easily evident as you watch her manage every client's affairs flawlessly and with an eye to their individual needs and policies.

Marie has integrity to spare, a virtue she doesn't keep to herself. While managing her clients' confidentiality in their finances, she is also extremely forthright when it comes to proposing new solutions for old problems. She will always give an honest opinion on the best way to solve any problem; she is devoted to the quality of her work as much as to its technical accuracy. If Marie can make her clients amazed by how much better their operation runs, she feels she's upheld her duty to them.

Educated at Loyola University of Chicago, Marie graduated cum laude with a BBA in Accounting. She is a licensed CPA in the state of Illinois and has been for nearly twenty years, evidence that she truly enjoys her work and is eager to perform well. Her fifteen years in public accounting have made her well acquainted with all aspects of accounting that her clients may need. She has also worked in litigation support and forensic accounting, which has strengthened her ability to quickly understand a new client's accounting policies and procedures.

A natural leader with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude, Marie enjoys striving for excellence in her off time as well. She serves on the Athletic Board as PTO Vice President and as Fundraising Chairperson, and was appointed her PTO District's Treasurer, a testament to her community's great confidence in her integrity and abilities. She is also active in volunteering for education.

Marie thrives on new and challenging roles that put her accounting and leadership skills to good use. She's quick to understand any new company's needs and her years of experience mean that no task is too great. Her clients are always thrilled she's arrived to save the day.
