Heather Wall, Bookkeeping Support Specialist

“I honestly think it is better to be a failure at something you love than a success at something you hate.” - George Burns

Hard work, strong dedication and extensive experience are Heather Wall’s distinguishing qualities. These characteristics ensure that her Virtual Assistance customers are always happy with the solutions she provides to ease their workload and free their time.

Heather believes that communication and determination are integral to client satisfaction. She strives to get the job done the right way and on time with each of her clients. That determination combined with diverse work experience results in a powerhouse bookkeeper who has saved her clients thousands of dollars in taxes alone.

Continually seeking out ways to improve, as well as new and innovative methods to increase her already stellar performance, Heather is currently enrolled in an accounting and business program at Skyline College in San Mateo, CA, to add new depth to her skills. She believes that the more she knows, the better off her clients will be.

Heather gets her sharp skills from more than education, though. Her work experience ranges from collision repair to excavation to the medical field. She has eight years history working in areas including collections, payroll, AP/AR and even job cost accounting.

Heather excels in solving the problems of IAC clients. She enjoys taking a client’s organizational mess and turning it into a well-oiled office machine. She makes numbers make sense, catches mistakes, keeps communication open and meets every deadline, every time.
